The Municipality of Demir Kapija is implementing a project for the sixth time within the Municipal Beneficial Work Program, which is supported by the Employment Agency, the United Nations Development Program and the Municipality of Demir Kapija. The implementation of the project with "Improvement of early childhood development and quality of life in the municipality of Demir Kapija III" will enable better functioning of the clones of J.O.U.D.G. Boris Trajkovski in the villages of Koreshnica and Bistrenci, who is expected to start working soon. The team of J.O.U.D.G. Boris Trajkovski with the realization of the two social services, which have a direct impact on the local socio-economic situation in the municipality, will be strengthened with four caregivers in kindergarten and two facilitators to support and coordinate the social service kitchen. In the kindergarten J.O.U.D.G. Boris Trajkovski takes care of 100 children of preschool age and provides social service hot meal within the national project National Kitchen for persons receiving social assistance from the city of Demir Kapija. However, this project is planned to cover the beneficiaries of social assistance from settlements in the municipality of Demir Kapija, which will increase the number to 15 people and thus will improve the quality of life of this socially vulnerable category. of persons. Also with the working engagement of the candidates in the care and upbringing of the children of preschool age in the kindergarten J.O.U.D. Mr. Boris Trajkovski directly affects the improvement of the local economic development of the municipality and the improvement of the socio-economic situation of the local population, because it enables uninterrupted performance of the work responsibilities of the parents of preschool children. 

Through employment, the six unemployed people will have the opportunity to gain skills and work experience as four caregivers in a kindergarten and two facilitators to support and coordinate the social service kitchen, which in the future will be easier to enter the market. of labor.
